Series: The Wheel Of Time

Book Description

The Wheel of Time turns and Ages come and go, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth returns again. In the Third Age, an Age of Prophecy, the World and Time themselves hang in the balance. What was, what will be, and what is, may yet fall under the Shadow.

When i first picked up the Eye of the World i thought it was just going to be another one of those books that i just wouldn't be able to get into. But i picked it up near the end of the summer and after i got through about the first hundred pages i was pulled right along and couldn't put it down. I got so wrapped up in the book i finished the first 11 books in 2 months sacrificing a lot of school work in the process i couldn't wait for the next book to come out i reread the series twice more before The Gathering Storm came out and again for The Towers of Midnight. This series is by far my favorite series I've ever read over topping Song of ice and fire and Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn my other two favorite books.

A lot of people complain about the extreme amount of detail saying that its too much but i enjoy being able to see exactly what Robert Jordan saw when he was writing this Epic.
